Coastal Skipper Practical Course
The aim of this course is to have you going away capable and confident in skippering a yacht on longer offshore passages. Again, we'll help you to brush up on some of the Day Skippers syllabus if needed, but this time the emphasis is on planning and then doingslightly longer and more adventurous trips.
This is the last of the RYA practical courses where a Course Completion Certificate is awarded at the end of the week. The next step, after building up a little experience on your own, is to go for the full MCA (DoT) / RYA Certificate of Competence.
