First Aid At Work
The aim of the course is to enable the student to effectively record accidents and incidents; perform life saving techniques; use and maintainn a first aid kit; have an understanding of H&S at work regulations
The course is over four days and is tailored to your specific workplace and features legal requirements and implications of First Aid; resuscitation and CPR; serious bleeding, wounds and shock management; breaks and fractures; illnesses including epilspsy, diabetes, poisoning and asthma.
Upon successful completion individuals will be awarded with a certificate, which is valid for three years.
A two day update course is available to students who hold a current HSE First Aid at Work qualification and are confident in their First Aid skills.
